Server Rules
These rules keep SBRP organized and enjoyable. Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.

General Conduct
- --Treat all members with respect. Keep interactions mature and civil.
- --No harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or targeted drama.
- --Follow staff direction. Arguing in public channels may escalate punishments.
- --No impersonation of staff, departments, or other members.
- --Use common sense. If you're not sure, ask staff before doing it.

Roleplay Standards
- --Stay in character during active roleplay. Use OOC channels for OOC.
- --No RDM/VDM. Random attacks or vehicle killing are not allowed.
- --No metagaming or powergaming. Don't use OOC info or force outcomes.
- --Keep scenarios realistic for ERLC. Avoid unrealistic stunts or nonstop chaos.
- --Respect scenes in progress. Don't interrupt ongoing RP without a valid reason.

Prohibited Actions
- --No exploiting, cheating, scripting, or abusing game/Discord systems.
- --No combat logging or leaving to avoid consequences during active RP.
- --No cop-baiting or griefing. Don't provoke just to create conflict.
- --No doxxing, threats, or sharing personal info -- instant removal.
- --No ban evasion. Alternate accounts will be removed.

Law Enforcement Standards
- --Follow chain of command and department procedures while on duty.
- --Use appropriate escalation and force for the situation -- no ego pursuits.
- --Pursuits must follow server pursuit standards. Prioritize safety and realism.
- --Maintain professional comms. Keep radio chatter clear during operations.
- --Respect civilians and other departments. Coordinate, don't clash.

Applications & Membership
- --Applications must be honest and complete. False info may result in denial.
- --Minimum age requirement: 16+ unless staff approves an exception.
- --One primary department role at a time unless command authorizes otherwise.
- --Probation must be completed before promotions or specialized units.
- --Extended inactivity without notice may result in role removal.

Discord Rules
- --Use channels correctly. Keep content in the right place.
- --No spam, flooding, mic spam, or excessive pinging.
- --No advertising other servers/services without staff permission.
- --No NSFW content or suggestive content -- zero tolerance.
- --Report issues through proper channels. Don't start public callouts.
